Control is pleased to present an introductory intensive lecture and Q&A on the Mannequins Cold Mac lead by Martin Doudoroff.
Cold Mac is the modular world's Pandora's box of signal mixing. Panning, crossfading, signal inversion and Offset, analog logic, logical mixing, rectification and envelope following can all be achieved within its 8HP - but how?
In this open lecture and Q&A, Martin will break the module down in detail, covering the nomenclature, functional blocks and patching of the of Cold Mac, as well as what is referred to as the "key to Cold Mac's heart," patch surveillance. Then he will turn to participants for discussion and answer questions you want to know.
Local computer nerd, Martin Doudoroff has made popular YouTube videos on the Just Friends, Control Forge, and Maths. He maintains popular Eurorack sequencer and stereo mixer module comparisons on the web, and is author of the alternate manual (of sorts) "Patching Cold Mac."
