The Temporal Knob Twirler is a lo-fi looping & pitch-shifting device. Its star component is an ISD1820 voice module, which features a small electret-style microphone. To this we added a potentiometer, on/off rocker-style switch, and female quarter inch jack. We kept the guts exposed so as to maintain access to its buttons, as well as keep it streamlined (and fit all the components into a palm-sized box). The voice module itself provides roughly 7 seconds recording time; adding the loop function extends this well into eternity... and the potentiometer knob can make for some crazy pitch shifting, from helium highs to Cthulu lows.

The Temporal Knob Twirler comes with full instructions and runs on two AA batteries. Alas, we do not provide the batteries. They are temporal too.
