Many questions have come up recently relating to the COVID-19 outbreak and our business with you. We hope this FAQ can help serve you with questions you may have during this strange time. As new questions may arise, please check back here for updates. Thank you for your support and stay safe!
Is Control currently shipping?
YES, Control online orders have not stopped. We are shipping with high speed & full capacity as usual. USPS, FedEx & UPS are actively picking up online orders daily.
Is the Control storefront open?
Control Storefront is temporarily closed. But we are allowing pickups everyday of the week from 12-8pm. Order online & select in-store pickup. Then call or email us to swing by. When picking up your order, please consider the health and well being of our staff and wear a mask.
Can I still bring my gear by to consign?
Yes, we are still accepting consignment items. Before stopping by, please call or email email@example.com to make arrangements.
My Consignment Item sold, How do I get paid?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements with you to receive payment or store credit.
Can I swing by and test some gear?
For the safety of the public and our staff we have temporarily closed the Control storefront from testing and demoing modules. If you have any questions about any products for sale at Control, you can call our storefront at 347-699-2875, between the hours of 12pm and 8pm.
Will you still be open on weekends for pickups?
Yes, we are open 12-8pm everyday of the week, including weekends.
